    A deposit of $2500.00 per person is required in order to reserve a seat
    50% of the full payment is to be paid by the 1^st of Ramadan
    Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure
 

   Cancellation Details:
      All cancellations are to be submitted in writing
      No cancellation charge if you cancel 75 days prior to departure
      $500.00 cancellation fee if you cancel 60 days or more prior to departure
      $750.00 cancellation fee if you cancel 45days or more prior to departure if visa
      is not issued
      No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to departure.


 

Limitation of liability policy
 

The liability of Al-Quds for Hajj and of its representatives is limited.
Al-Quds for Hajj and its affiliates act as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, buses, or any service in connection with the Hajj and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss of luggage, accidents, delay and irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, though the acts of Allah, dangerous incidents in the air, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. Al-Quds for Hajj and its affiliates will accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Al-Quds for Hajj and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such service. Al-Quds for Hajj and its affiliates shall not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and delay, loss of luggage or personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of Al-Quds for Hajj and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person (s) missing from part of the program due to his/her negligence, tardiness, or absenteeism for any time during the Hajj and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the trip. No refund will be given for any services provided but not utilized by the traveler.
Participants Responsibilities. Trip members assume the responsibility and are solely responsible for selecting a trip suitable to and appropriate for their health and their physical abilities. Members are responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake their trip and are also responsible for studying all pre-departure information; for bringing all detailed equipment and clothing; for acting in a manner considerate of fellow group members and the countries visited. Smoking is not permitted in buses, tented camps, and other designated nonsmoking areas.
